I hope you are all well and looking forward to the new season under your new manager. It’s certainly an exciting time ahead for the Gunners! My names Liam Parkinson and I am a student at Leeds Beckett University studying an MA in Sports Business. Being a huge football fan and looking at pursuing a career in the football commercial industry my research has been designated to this area. As you will see on the link situated at the bottom of this message it would be great if you could take five to ten minutes of your time to fill in the questionnaire. My research will be looking at the correlation between the growth of commercial gambling sponsors. As most of you will be well aware, advertisement and promotions of gambling is a significant contributor in English football and has become a key revenue stream for most clubs with the vast majority having official club betting partners. My research will hopefully get an understanding to the implications this is having on UK football fans. I hope you enjoy the questionnaire and thank you all for your time.
