Aaron Ramsdale

I would imagine Boruc pretty much ignores anything the coaches tell him ...but your right Mosses coaching record is awesome as all our goalkeeping alumni from the last 10 years or so will attest to .

Apart from Boruc I can’t think of a single keeper that held onto the standard they arrived with , never mind improved .

Camp? Allsop? Begovic? Jalal? Have all admittedly done a job for a period of time for us then gone down hill.

Jalal was a good L2 keeper but wasn't really up to a L1 promotion push.

Allsop looked good in L1 and looked like he had potential to step up further but looked out of his depth in the Championship and never fulfilled his promise.

Camp came in as a solid mid-lower half Championship keeper and performed exactly at that level.

I'd say there's nothing unusual in all of them. The big disappointment is Begovic. He should have the ability to be a good mid-table PL performer but it just hasn't happened.

Not every player can improve and step up a level. I'd say that Jalal, Allsop and Camp were already at the maximum level they were going to achieve. Allsop maybe had it in him to go further but I think the evidence is a little flimsy to say the fact he didn't was down to the coaching team.

It’s really easy ... name a keeper that’s played for the first team and improved
Well as we've gone up the league's, we've improved the keeper, begovic being the latest, given his and boruc' s experience I doubt any coach is responsible for any lack of form.
Is Ramsdales performances all down to the Wimbledon coaches? This Travis never seen him play, so can't judge. Allsop who knows why he's declined, as with any player maybe league one was his level

Fair analysis but it’s all a bit of a coincidence that keepers never actually improve here . In fact they have a habit of going downhill .
I know it been banged on about a lot particularly after last week , but can posters honestly not think our coaching staff could not be let’s say “supplemented” ... perhaps even by coaches that didn’t at some point play for Bournemouth .

AARON Ramsdale’s performance in keeping Oxford United out was lauded by AFC Wimbledon boss Wally Downes.

The goalkeeper made several fine stops, including one spectacular effort to deny Luke Garbutt in the first half, to earn the visitors a

goalless draw at the Kassam Stadium.

It was a useful result for the Dons, who moved up to 21st place in Sky Bet League One, a single point from safety.

While Downes felt his side’s performance, which failed to yield a shot on target, was below par, Ramsdale’s display ensured they took something from the game.

He told the club’s website: “Everyone in front of him, especially the front two, worked their socks off.

“The midfield boys put themselves about, the defenders defended for their lives when the ball came in.

“When all of that failed Aaron did his job and he did it superbly.”

He added: “The good thing is that we’ve

Don't think Jimmy Glass has a coaching title as such but he does spend time on the training pitches and let's face it he was a bloody lunatic. Not sure if it helps our keepers but would have thought that him and Artur are kindred spirits.
