I must admit that I am frequently disappointed that he lets the players continue to play with a lack of the sort of tempo which is usually necessary for his game plan to work. I would be delighted to see him getting more worked up on the touchline, shouting "Tempo ! Tempo ! Tempo !" or "FFS move the ball quicker". From the shots I've seen of him on TV he seems very passive, even during prolonged spells of our playing shite. At times it does feel as if he could be doing more to change things from the touchline. At least he has more often than not been able to improve things at half time but I would like to see him getting stuck into the players more when he can see that they are not doing what they are supposed to be doing. Sometimes he seems a bit too content to just let things play out when clearly things on the pitch are not working. As I say, this in the little I have seen of him on TV. Maybe live I would get a different impression.
 
Frustrating that he keeps playing Kelly and Rico in the same team, no way we can get automatic promotion if that keeps happening. The only thing with getting a draw is he might change it, let's face it any of us on here could get this squad at least in the play offs!

Lerma is good..but not brilliant..ffs....is he...come on...god almighty .. well he isn't God is he.....
 
Simple poor defending cost us the 3 pts.have said many times if we could get good money for brooks I would sell and 're invest.

what he done tonight he done well a few misplaced passes but that can be said about any of our players, try watching a match Brian and see what he does. I'm one of gozzas biggest fans but he's half the player lerma is, determination only gets you so far

Sorry. Just can’t agree. The issue is going forward. That team had half a dozen goals in them tonight. It’s as if one seems enough and they just keep the ball until the inevitable happens. Get the bloody ball moving forward and show this league what talent we have
