My mother in law recently asked my wife for my shirt size and I had to very firmly make sure she knew I wouldn't wear an AFCB shirt under any circumstances. Thankfully it turned out it was for a t shirt with an "hilarious" slogan on the front, which I won't be wearing either.
Once, on holiday...
The problem is people are so polarised now that if you think it's a cynical attempt to stir up controversy by poking the bear with a stick you get lumped in with the Bartons, Farages and Andersons. I doubt that there are many other countries that'd be happy with it. I wonder what the reaction...
I grew up in a house full of women who had zero interest in football and afterwards I didn't have any mates who were into it, especially not Bournemouth who always seemed to be hovering around the 3rd and 4th divisions. I got into watching football in the late 70s/80s on tv, the Big Match etc...
Difficult one, isn't it. So many variables. I think you can only have Daniels if you have Pugh and only have Fraser if you have Wilson and, for me, maybe only have Wilson if you have Fraser because his PL career with us was so badly affected by injuries. Also the quality of the opposition...
What a game. I thought we mostly outplayed them in the 1st half to be honest but they set up to counterattack and broke with pace and defended a lot better than we did, mainly because Dango looked totally out of his depth and was responsible for two of their goals. But what a reaction in the 2nd...
Maybe they just add an extra minute or two on at the end? If they don't do that already it's probably the simplest solution. Sending a goalie off for time wasting would cause uproar, especially if it happened in the first half. Also, tbh, if we were 1-0 up against Man City I don't think any of...
Well,I doubt any PL pitch is tough or irregular or that there have been fewer knee injuries but that aside I think it has cost us at least a couple of games so far.
Everybody overplaying it around the box. Need to get the crosses in earlier. They've got 3 defenders marking Solanke so Kluivert and Semenyo need to get into the box more too. Unfortunately their keeper's having a better day than ours, not for the first time.
