Hi,
Can somebody please explain the points under "My account" on the ticketing website?
I can see my 2019/20 points, my 18/19 points (active) and older archived points - I'm sure there used to be "Total Points" - or did I imagine that? For points criteria do I add up all "active" points (i.e 18/19 + 19/20) or is it just my 19/20 points that count? If so, what's the relevance of showing 18/19 as "Active".

Surely for “eligibility” it’s the running total of prior and current year points?
It used to be, and current home match criteria numbers needed suggest it is.
As an ST holder I don’t know for a fact, but you should check the website or call the shop.
 
I was sure that for away points all the points for last season, and this, count toward the required totally.

How else can they ask for 10 points to buy tickets for the first game of the season?

So the 18/19 season MUST be counted.

I got my FGR ticket today 30 mins on the phone waiting. I shouldve gone to the club on saturday, sillly me.
 
Your points total IS last seasons and this seasons added together, but this calculation has already been done, therefore the 19/20 points totals are your current correct totals. At the start of each season the previous but one seasons points drop off. For example I ended last season with 14 away points, but started this season with 9 as 5 'dropped off' from 17/18.
