Players To Come In For Next Season?

Seems the South Coast could be the draw after all and not just the money.

Earlier the Daily Record had claimed that it would be just £1m for the playmaker as he had six months remaining on his deal; however, Nixon appears to be adamant that Celtic will receive up to £3m with add-ons for the midfielder.

It will be interesting to see how much Christie goes for. If it is to be believed, Burnely actually bid more and were offering a more lucrative package; however, the Scotland Internationalist was clearly sold on the lifestyle of the South Coast as opposed to the North West. He will likely be aware of his old pal Stuart Armstrong’s situation at Southampton and fancies a relaxing life off the pitch as well as the chance to earn promotion to the Premier League with Scott Parker’s side.

It's the sun (and the beach) wot won it !

Not sure who the negotiator is at Liverpool, but they seems to be very good at their job at getting a good price for their club, as we know.

£14M euros on my website.
Currency rate aside, point is its not being paid until a time Fulham are confident they'll be prompted and/or the financial outlook of football better recovered from the covid market. Quite clever if you ask me, although probably still over-paying for the privilege.

What do people think we will spend tomorrow?
Looks like £1.5-2m for Lowe and somewhere between £1.5-3m for Christie so far. I’m guessing that we’ll sign one more, albeit on a season long loan, so let’s assume a 200-500k loan fee for that player and we’re somewhere between £3.2-£5.5m spent by the club today.

Most likely more than any other championship club will spend today.

And it’s a remarkably similar amount to the profit we’ve made on Danjuma (once you add on signing on fees and agent fees and all of that gubbins).
