Non - Bad driving

Saw this, great idea. The amount of idiots on the road these days hopefully it’ll act as more of a deterrent, maybe it’ll be rolled out to more areas.

I’ve noticed that as soon as you arrive in the conurbation drivers pulling out from junctions believe they have priority, not to mention parking on zigzags, over taking etc.

I see Dorset do this:

I always thought it strange that there is one type of road in the UK where people drive on the right: motorways.

The left lane is often empty while the right lane is crowded. Meanwhile, the middle lane is populated by folks dawdling along at 50 or less who never change lane and seem oblivious to all other vehicles.

A sign of my advancing years but I am bloody sick of people driving like twats. Not only incredibly dangerous but selfish and so, to my shame, I welcome this endeavour.
Lots of really bad driving in Toronto, Def, not only some crazy stuff but also a lot of "below the speed limit" on the main highways. Makes for a really bad mix. I did call in a report to our Ontario Provincial Police a while back, some very aggressive street racing and rage.

I do think it has gotten worse since COVID.

Especially out in the countryside more; they are literally a couple of seconds away from killing themselves and you find that in the end you’re only 5 or so seconds behind them at the next traffic lights/roundabout anyway

I watch a few dashcam channels on YouTube, and the funny thing is that invariably the dashcammers themselves are among the worst drivers!

Funny that kind of stuff gets to have its own YouTube channel.

There's nothing on there I don't see most days.

Like it ort not, we're all shite drivers/cyclists/pedestrians at times.

The one at 1' 19" shows how few people understand the Highway Code.

Although the driver of the black car, goes over the top of the mini-roundabout, painted on the road, that driver has right of way, over the driver of the vehicle with the dash-cam (who presumably submitted the clip) and the dash-cam owner, seems to have ignored the two Give Way signs leading up to the roundabout, plus the white-painted Give Way signs, on the road, at the entrance to the roundabout. That's the inverted triangle and the double layer, of short thick white lines.

All traffic on a roundabout, is coming from the right, as a roundabout is a one-way road.

Great to see the idiot who pulled straight out from the slip road got done. One of my pet hates, drivers who think the driver in lane one will pull over into lane two to let them in.
