Championship 21/22

Seems the Luton player was actually trying to take a quick free kick but the Swansea defender got to the ball first .

But still was a rather aggressive act and dangerous.

Stokies not so sure about Surridge as they were 3 weeks ago. Quotes such as " he needs 4 gilt edged chances to bury 1" on their message boards. Some are even whispering that we may have had them over.

Pretty much the perfect day results wise.....top of the league without really getting out of second gear.....you have to think that we're only going to get better!
Forests win leaves a bit of a sour taste imo....I hate it when a team suddenly turns up after a manager is sacked.

Let's be honest stoke are never going to get promoted with Surridge up front

With 26 goal attempts QPR still manage to lose.

I wouldn't rule them out though, I thought they were a good side and should be in playoffs at least and we have to be consistent for another 38 games if we're going to finish above Fulham and WBA because they will bounce back and I'd like to avoid likes of QPR or Sheff Utd in playoffs.

They did have Andre Gray up front ..

Did well at Luton and Brentford but every forward seems to do well at Brentford.
Think he's one of those Michael Owen types(on a far less quality or efficient scale) obviously who relied alot on pace and now he's 30 and pretty much gone.
But on a positive note being a professional footballer probably saved his life as he was into that gangster bs wasn't he and got that scar on his cheek from being stabbed.
Look at Nile Ranger, chucked it all away to try and look hard and that bloke will never change.

Yes that is true.

One of those players who relies on his pace which as you say is disappearing as he certainly cannot trap a football which frustrated us fans the the most as he was on 70k a week !

Not his fault of course as he will take what is offered.

Fulham and West Brom still ahead in the betting race at the moment:

English Championship Winner 2021/22
Fulham - 9/5
West Brom - 14/5
AFCB - 5/1

Does anyone know what our price was at the start of the season ? 5/1 still worth a modest punt, I'd say.
