Pre Match Music

Thought the same. Trying to have chat and catch up with my lad, having to shout and he was only 2 feet from me
Surprised no one has added the covid risk of people shouting and spreading, rather than just talking normally

Is it just me or is the pre match music getting louder and louder. You can't even hear what the person next to you is saying let alone hear any proper crowd noise.

Yep, it’s supposed to be part of the match day experience.

For some of us the match day experience is talking to your mate and others you normally see at games, today it was hard to do that with that racket.

Yep was a stupid volume today was having to shout to talk to my dad sat next to me. Don't mind it in the background pre game but today was taking the piss

Didn't really notice any difference today. I did enjoy watching the little girl mascot having a dance to live is life, she was absolutely loving life.

A Match day Experience . 60's style..ya banged yer half a crown down..got some change for yer packet of spangles.. click click went the turnstile... up the concrete steps...down the concrete steps , onto the railings...yer adored Cherries ran out when the brass band walked off...you already knew the score cuz Ken Bailey told you 2-1..slight variations from that maybe after Bumstead and Coxon zipped in their crosses and various centre and inside forwards peppered the poor midget in Walsall's goalmouth..two goals...half- time you got yer spangles..sucked em or crunched em..
the right - back had a fag in the dressing room, ran out of puff on 85 minutes...Walsall got one back 2-1...Bailey was right after all !
You arrived home with a Dundee United programme...swapped yer Boscombe one wiv that specky kid Cyril from Mudeford !

I remember when the South End got a new sound system in 77. You could barely hear the bloke at the other end of the terrace.
