    Dean Court Redevelopment

I get that but if they go for a judicial review based on process this will hold up the granting of the entirety of the permission including these corners. I don't think the residents have a leg to stand on legally but will be glad when the date they can submit a challenge by has passed.

    Dean Court Redevelopment

The filling in of two of the corners, which is happening this summer, is part of the recently passed planning application, any judicial review could potentially affect this. That being said I think the grounds for a review will be minimal, if any, and the cost completely prohibitive so unlikely...

The seats are red in the image of the ground shared on this thread earlier today, they are also red in the planning docs on the BCP site.

So a management and fanbase that are both happy with cheating and other unethical behaviour. They deserve each other.

    Non - cheating scummers

Scummers by name and scummers by nature, if they had an ounce of integrity everyone involved in orchestrating the spying would be out instead they have gone for the 'it's everyone else's fault' approach, trying to put some of the blame on the young interns is truly despicable.

Yes, their forum is truly hilarious how their fans seem to think that this situation is the result of a conspiracy and they bear no responsibility at all.

That may be the case but unless there are public transport options that provide a reasonable alternative in terms of time and cost then people will always choose the car.

    Dean Court Redevelopment

There maybe some people who drive to games on their own but there are definitely groups of friends or families that travel together. The way it stands now public transport will always work out the far more expensive option for groups like this.

    Dean Court Redevelopment

I don't disagree with people using public transport where its viable but there doesn't seem to be any recognition of how poor and expensive public transport is. Four people travelling to the game by bus instead of car will be looking at a much longer journey time and a cost of at least £24. Far...

    Dean Court Redevelopment

Comes back to the 'why nothing gets done in this country' point. Councils load so much cost onto applications they become commercially unviable.

    Dean Court Redevelopment

The officials seem to think that everybody can come to the game by public transport or on a bike, do they have any idea how poor public transport is unless you are lucky to live on a couple of routes, or how impractical it is for most supporters to cycle to a midweek game in February? I have no...

Totally agree, The controlled parking zone will also create a new problem by moving those that currently park around the stadium into streets further away. People who live in the streets immediately around the stadium have always had football parking so don't understand why this has suddenly...

So the current councillor wants controlled parking within 1.5 km of the ground, I live within that radius and definitely don't want the hassle of permit parking. I can't imagine my neighbours do either. Totally over the top to manage a couple of hours parking on 25 or so days

    Dean Court Redevelopment

Read the active travel report and the officials seem unhappy that the club are only providing 300 or so cycle spaces at the ground and wanting upwards of 550. I will be amazed if these are even half full on a match day. Public bodies always seem to grossly overestimate the number of people who...
