Since the announcement and all the speculating I had a thought probably rubbish, but what if Jason takes over until the end of next season and then Eddie returns.If he is in need of some down time this would work,don't think it would happen but just a thought.

If you haven't watched this series go watch on bbc i player its been one of the funniest and thoughtful programme I have seen in a long time. I started watching series 1 as was not sure it would be my manly thing but its great and well worth a watch.

I hope this has left enough time for people to watch and this will not spoil it and this has not already been asked by anyone,a great series but who was the young chap joining the force at the end.Did I miss something.

I am sure its been explained on here in the past but I must have missed it but why do clubs when they loan out players still pay their wages or part off.Seems strange to me that you help out a club but still pay the player.
