I think the match going fans hold a different opinion. I got as far as them slagging off Pep for boring side to side slow football and gave up.

Had he have gone there and not scored in his first few games some questions may have been asked. But what’s that 4 in 5 now?

As you say, keyboard warriors are much different to those that are seeing him at games.
 
I’ll be honest. Much though I rate and love the guy I didn’t think City style of football would suit him as much as he’d gone to Liverpool or Chelsea
 
Very interesting reading their comments. They don’t seem to rate him that highly so far which is a surprise given his goal output! I suppose that he is different to what they are used to though, more of a moments player who will pop up with vital contributions but who can let the game drift him by for long periods. They are used to players like Grealish and Doku who are the total opposite, players who are constantly involved in the build up but who don’t produce many goal contributions.

To be fair everything on that forum lost all meaning once I read "This is an all time shocker of a performance."
