Apologies if this is answered elsewhere, but for away games, specifically Chelsea, how are tickets sent this season? Same as last?
Can you still transfer to another family member?

Chelsea was paper tickets last year and is digital this year.

I don’t fully understand the transferring of tickets but I assume if you forward the email to whoever you wanted to they can download it and add it to their digital wallet.

From my experience the above is correct.
Forward the email from the club to whoever has the ticket, they open email and within the email you will see a option to add ticket to there virtual wallet.
I have only received QR codes and only forwarded to the named ticket holder...my kids.
