2nd half, gradually introducing subs.
passing got better.
Brooks, Riquelme, and Danjuma - 3 wingers. How does that work?
Much better, but still not the standard we expect.
Great goal from Riquelme. Must be a due a start soon. Exciting player.
Cooks brilliant save, more legal than at Norwich.

Not great. We stay unbeaten.
We don't look like a promotion winning side.

Not great at all.

Lethargic, pedestrian etc etc.

Just lucky we had some subs who have the quality to turn a game.

Not convinced by Tindall at all.
 
Billing should be last choice as centre midfield.

He plays with all the intensity and purpose of a dad playing football in the garden with his kids. Ambles around, does a few keepy ups, casual passing.

We look so much better with Brooks in there, brings out the best in those around him.
 
Such as slow first half but better in the second as time went on .
Switching to 4 at the back gives us more balance on both flanks

I agree. Delighted we're near the top, but we've been unconvincing for long spells in most games.

We need King and Brooks starting.
 
We started very slow again for the second game in a row..not sure what Billing brings to the side?...Danjuma just too slow on the ball and takes too many touches...King looks just about Championship level atm..still unbeaten but it masks an average side at best IMO
 
I will 100% be happy with 1 point if it means JT has finally realised that 3 at the back doesnt work for us and we should go back to the 4. If we start the next game with 3 then it was a total waste of 2 points today and unbeaten or not, drawing every game is relegation.
 
Unbeaten...we can build on this can't we..a work in progress as always.

Seems like Dan Juma might be a ' fair weather ' player.. and not the ' great star ' ..people gush about. .we've had em before many times in seasons past.
We cannot ignore such things !

To be honest though.......with a squad of this talent at Tindalls disposal.......



We should be beating a very shyte Derby County.

Agree, were unbeaten, but these are the games we need to put to bed.

Derby were rubbish, if a bit clinical.

Called it before the match......dont give cheap free kicks away around the area.

What did we do??
 
I get the feeling from social media that L Cook is becoming the new Surman. All of his hard work covering the gaps as the defenders get forward and mopping up is ignored. He passes astray sometimes, no more than any other player. Billing was given free roam in front of Cook and was shocking. Thought the two Cooks were our best players today in what was a poor performance, due to selection and formation.
 
Was Billing born in a cul de sac? One-paced, heads backwards into a dead-end. Every time. What a difference when Brooks came on.
