Eli Junior Kroupi

At least we have the new striker, jebbo and Kluivert back fit so still in a stronger position than last season, plus Unal if he doesn't leave so it's probably the one area we can afford to lose a player, not that you ever want to lose one his quality though

And Kluivert or Rayan stepping in if the strikers aren’t working.
I see us sticking with what we’ve got until Kroupi gets match fit again.
No need to panic, we just need to find the right attacking combo.
That’s the manager’s problem to solve.

Jebbison and Unal....you're seriously putting that forward as a positive?

Clearly they won't be starters but compared to not that long ago when we were starting Jebbison as a lone striker, I was pointing out we have depth in that compared to times past so it's not as bad as it could have been.

Did we ever start Jebbison as a lone striker?....apart from a cup game.

Think Rose will start with Evanilson and Rodriguez against City.

They could both complement each other with the way both play.

This is obviously very bad, my sources actually confirmed this hours before the news broke.

As has been mentioned, the one positive in it all is that due to the ridiculous three week international break in September he may actually only end up missing 7 or 8 league games if he recovers on the quicker end of that time scale.

Leaves us in a tricky spot if we’re going two up top though as Unal and Jebbo can’t be considered as serious options. Unal is clearly not the right profile for PL football and Jebbo is a lower end championship level striker at present. We may need to dip into the market now unless we plan to utilise Ryan there.

Yeah, no surprise to hear that because your sources clearly have their finger on the pulse :slap:

How does a player who’s refusing to train, get injured in training?
