im not bothered at all.....anyone that sticks the shirt on....VAR has put the game into joke mode anyway... but it will be nice to finish above Saints and Brighton and 18th ...so thats my default position.
The prices of transfers and reputations of players count for nothing....its basically what happens in the 90+ minutes × 38 ...erratic form and unforeseen circumstance the usual way of things.
Our team will once again be unpredictable i expect .... 3-1 v sheff utd ..1-1 at Villa .. then the biggy 2-1 v Man City ?....followed by a 2-6 trouncing at Leicester removing us from top !
 
I don't think anyone would have guessed after the play-off final weekend that we'd be sat here a month later and still have Mings on our books, despite Villa being the most active PL side in the market so far. I'd tend to think that if Villa don't come through with anything, another (Championship?) move will happen. He's mentally moved on, just as Arter is.
 
I suspect he'll end up at villa for an "undisclosed" fee
