What we need is a European scout. Someone with knowledge of say the Italian league and preferably is fairly fluent with an European language.

On another point, what does Richard Hughes do to earn his comfortable salary?

Retired now, but when I worked, I did at least have a profitable end product.
And I'm sure I earned considerably less than our scouting staff.











 
Reading that article, you wouldn't believe we finished 9th last season. And Joshua King and Junior Stanislas don't even get mentions, who should they both reproduce their form of last season will see us rise up the league.
