Yeah ..most nights..and generally wake at about 10 am...and an hour's kip in the afternoons if i'm not out .
The sleep problem starting to get a bit too serious...too much time Online in the evenings - it won't allow the brain to relax, and combined with 2, sometimes 3, urine breaks if I do manage to drop off at around 11am.

Need to adjust lifestyle I guess !

Usually watch TV during the evening, read for around 30 minutes in bed and that seems to be enough to drop off to sleep and get a few hours kip.
