Norwich City Team News

Norwich City Player To Watch
Last season in the Championship, Teemu Pukki scored 26 goals and had 4 assists to his name.
Billy Gilmour is another good player, on a season long loan from Chelsea, did well for Scotland in the recent Euro 2020 tournament.

AFCB Team News
Junior Stanislas had a recurrence of his injury and looks to miss this game. According to our manager it’s probably too early for Adam Smith and Jack Stacey, although not mentioned that probably is the case with Lewis and Steve Cook. Also match fitness wise our new signing Gary Cahill. Maybe we will see Orjan Nyland in goal instead of Mark Travers and Ben Pearson to also start. Otherwise more of the same with maybe one or two youngsters who have been on the bench for league games getting a start. One more game ban, then Jefferson Lerma is back and raring to go from reports.

AFCB Player To Watch
Dominic Solanke seems to have started in a very confident reign of form, if he starts he could be our best threat to their goal.

Yep. Play the youngsters and Leif. Mercondes too as I'm hoping Pearson will start on Saturday. Maybe give Pearson half a match on Tuesday. Maybe Zeno and Kelly half a match each too. Am assuming Cahill won't be ready yet.

Pearson needs to build up his match fitness after being out with illness.

Pearson had 18 minutes of normal time plus injury time last Saturday.

Against Birmingham City he had 21 minutes plus injury time.

We miss Pearson in our midfield where he does a lot of work which sometimes goes unnoticed like when we had Surman in our midfield.

And the new lad (who hasn't been announced yet) from City to make an appearance?

Okay. This took a bit of researching but maybe:

Nyland
Genesini, Camp, Cahill (Zeno/Kelly), Davies Pearson/Kilkenny
Glover, Moriah-Welsh
Taylor
Saydee, Rogers (Kurran-Browne)

Correction re first league cup game at Carrow road: we played a league cup game vs Norwich over 2 legs back in the days when JT played so c 2000/01 season. We drew away but lost at home.

I don't think they show Carrier bag cup games...... should be a stream though as we're playing a (barely) PL team.

This site which is normally pretty reliable says it's on Canaries TV which is effectively ifollow, so not sure why we can't show it?

https://www.livesoccertv.com/teams/england/bournemouth/

Anyway I tried to sign up to canaries TV see what the payment options are but I'm just getting an error. #Norfolkingchance

Edit: just got it working on my phone- looks like audio stream only

7pm kick off. So they are actively deterring away support and making it harder for home fans to attend. Is that time dictated by TV or ..?
