But as I said earlier in this thread they take the bottle top off touching the neck which the customer drinks from.

Also the bigger trip hazard that bottles with tops on cause even when empty.

A boiling hot bovril thrown into a face will probably hurt more.

It's because partially full of liquid with a lid gives it a better range and a bit of clout when it hits.

If flares or fireworks etc are the concern they should use pyro sniffer dogs?
Probably ok this season now twatford aren’t here? As for other stuff detector wands if used properly and pings challenged, but sniffer dogs cost.
Searching is lip service at most clubs, if any idiot wanted to take stuff in to almost any club its easy, search techniques take time and are hard work if doing them for an hour or two.
