Premier League Season/Ticket Prices For 2026-27

Basically everybody’s circumstances are different.

Even with a 3% increase in the price of a ST, it could be pushing some people’s finances to the limit with other cost of living prices going up.

Yes. That’s a combination of societal issues though not the clubs 55p a week.

Yeah but random posters on here think they know better than people about their own financial situation.

Isn't it true that the OAP rates have gone up a lot more than average in the last few years Billy?

Main Outer where I sit for the 2023-24 season was £540.

This season it is £630.

From AI.

For the 2026/27 tax year, the full new State Pension is £241.30 per week.

From 1 April 2026, a worker aged 21 or over on the National Living Wage (£12.71/hr) working a 40-hour week earns £508.40 before tax. Weekly pay varies by age and hours worked (e.g., 35 hours = £444.85). Use the official UK government minimum wage calculator to check specific earnings.

So a 16.67% increase for older folk.

On the plus side I'm sure Dawson will be along in a minute to tell them they'll be fine if they cut back on the Werther's Originals.

Indeed Billy, of course some people may well have struggled with the previous increases. Think I saw someone post that standard season tickets are up 26% under the current regime. Other tickets a higher %.

At some point, no matter what the increase, there is the final straw that broke the camels back unfortunately. People may have struggled last time, took the hit and decided they cannot manage that again.

Circumstances change, life changes, it’s a big outlay. I’m not going to judge at what point someone decides that’s their limit.

Surely if it is the straw that breaks the camels back, you buy your season ticket and sell one or two games a season.

Nobody is judging. I’m just saying 55p a week isn’t the deciding factor so no point having a pop at the club.

It’s very sad if other cost rises stop people attending football but put another way if they reduced the ticket price by the average of 1.10 a game will that bring them flooding back?

I’m out of the country for the next few months and unfortunately I’m unable to go to the last 3 home games, I have a pair of tickets for each game, South Stand ,directly behind the goal and a few feet above, superb seats. Please pm me.

Friedkin Group have not got much wrong since taking over at Everton, but they have now made their first big mistake.

The Blues announced that the season ticket renewal date is open from 10 April until 20 May, with a new season ticket plus an option for the 2026-27 campaign.

However, the pricing has proved controversial, with supporters set to be hit with an average increase of £45.

Adult season tickets will now start at £640, with costs for under-11s and adults seated in the stadium’s family area frozen.

I understand the complaints about the price increases and how they can impact individuals, pushing them to the point that they feel it's too much.

However, throwing in what someone earns on the minimum age as a comparison to the pension like it's some kind of gotcha is incredibly disingenuous for so many reasons.
