PSG V Bayern

The level of football was insane . When these teams play well it’s shows the premier league is miles behind.

Fair play to Bayern, at 5-2 I thought they would crumble and fall apart like Newcastle, they carried on playing expansive, attacking football and deserved to win (IMO).
Olise - what a F’ing player! absolute baller, my favourite player to watch. He makes it look too easy. Mad to think he was playing for Reading and Palace were the only one’s willing to take a punt.

Totally agree about Olise. Fabulous player to watch

All of the above. Can't imagine that that will continue next Weds .... probably be 1-0.
Was eye-opening to see how both sides dealt with corners. Hardly any grappling or interference with the goal-keepers. Nice.
It was a great watch. As a long-time fan of Bayern, I was happy to see the comeback and will hope for a win when they get back to the Allianz. The flags will be flying in the South Stand.

Caught the end of the PSG match, and it was free flowing football, and i loved the quick passing rather than the slow build ups we see in the PL. Defensively must have been fodder for the likes of Keown to be pulling apart?

I was watching the Stains game, which was a good watch too, the absence of VAR is so refreshing to see!
A decent game too, that Scienza is worth a look if they don't get promoted?
Ipswich look a side that would possibly go straight back down, but Southampton could be a mid table PL side in the making?
It would be good for us if we could resume hostilities with them IMO.

Two managers not afraid to let their extremely talented attackers go for it and not worry about the defence or how many passes they made in their own half .

Agree the Southampton gsme was good too - obviously not quite the same but again both teams going for the win .

Did Tuchel switch off in disgust ?
