He selects the names he wants, and Neill Blake does the rest, so if he's on holiday it really doesn't matter, imagine he wants to get away early so he can et over to Russia for the WC
 
You say Blake has a big job but most transfers I’ve read about are ones that say they have been really impressed with speaking to Eddie and Jason of which they can’t really do until the close season so I would imagine no deals will be done until Eddie gets back assuming he goes away straight away
 
Well I suppose that could be done over the phone when required, or he's already put the dvds together
