Saturday's Return Trip on Bluebird Coaches

The Police Escort was very efficient at getting all the Bournemouth fans on the coaches and the coaches out of the car park. That's about as far as it went, we got to the vans collecting the road closure barriers and there we stopped for the best part of an hour. Don't want to be controversial but I think Bluebird and The Magic Bus could have managed quite safely without it : )

When we eventually got on the Motorway, Julia the Driver was following her sat nav and the coaches. The Villa fan on board quickly started to give directions, diverted her off, then back on the other side. I assumed the coaches had stopped at Warwick or somewhere, they didn't pass us (I think) until after our pit stop at Cherwell.

Looking at the demographics of our coach travellers , I think 4 hours without a stop is to much.

I always drive when going to away games, I don’t want to sound an idiot but I take it there are toilets on the coach? Whilst it’s nice to get off and stretch your legs if I can’t 4 hours on a coach without a toilet isn’t going to work.
Coach toilets quite often not available on the way back (full up!?)

It was about as poor as the coach side of the days get, so hopefully it's all upwards from there for the season. And we got 3 points from it so that helps :)

Parked about 20 min walk away. Roads still busy. Did detour to avoid queue away from ground. Getting on M6 caused small delay but thought it was ok. Wouldn't have wanted to be on a static coach due to traffic
