surridge to swansea

If he gets first team games there it would be a big move for him, a big step up from last season but what we saw in his cameos in the PL one that he could well make.

Depth of options in attack does become a problem for us though. Even if Danjuma can cover the role, that would then leave us light out wide.

Fraser, Ibe, Stanislas, Danjuma and Brooks seems plenty but with DB out for three months, and with potential for complications to occur, and Stanislas always liable to break down we only have three wingers in the squad.

It's a shame loans are now half or full season only. Under the old system it would make sense to send say Kilkenniesta somewhere in the Championship for 6-8 weeks just to see how he manages the step up, then bring him straight into the side

How the Screaming F#CK....is he going to Score Goals For Afc f#cking Bournemouth if he is on loan to f#cking Swansea....if say, Callum and Josh are crocked.
Ive seen this guy play a few times when he was on loan at Yeovil...he is ready for a crack at the PL if only from the bench.....he has done the f#cking Loan Sh#t...
We are obsessed with this loan crap....

Spurs won the title in 60-61....loans did not exist ..they did it with their own players!!!!!
What is the point.?

Tbf Bill I think you're obsessed with it, nobody else seems to lose too much sleep over it. We can't play 25 players every week afterall.

Good luck to him, this could be a huge season in his career. Make an impact as a striker in the Championship even for one year and there will always be a club at that level who will want to take a punt on you.

Hopefully though he makes the kind of impact that sees him return and be part of our first team squad this time next year.

Yep....I need to suck back a bit...but I was starting to get excited about Surridge after Eddie used him as a sub at the end of last season...thinking this could be a breakthrough year for him..but then ive thought that about Hyndman and others !
Oh well...another time.

It's just about getting as many minutes as possible. I'd agree that we look a little light up front if (when) injuries strike, but he'll grow better playing every week at that level than in a Mousset role of 10-15 minutes a week if he's lucky
