That Third Relegation Spot

Looking at their remaining fixtures, you would assume Cardiff will lose to both Liverpool and Man Utd, will they get the points needed with Fulham away and Palace at home? They will need possibly four points from those two I would think?

Brighton....interesting fixtures....Wolves away is tough but depends which Wolves turn up. Spurs away, Arsenal away, Man City at home....surely zero points from those? Which leaves Newcastle at home...which really could go either way.

As a neutral, on current form you would hardly back Brighton to get anything from Wolves or Newcastle really, whereas with the fight they are displaying at the moment I could see Cardiff getting points from Fulham and Palace. So it really is a very close call. Infrastructure have good reason to be nervous right now !

Since Brighton don't play against us every week, it looks as though their better goal difference over Cardiff is as good as an extra point. It could be the thing which saves them in the end !
 
Last relegation place finally decided, not Brighton as some had hoped.

But the team from the other side of the Severn Bridge.
