Absolute belter.
Good to see Adamson using the old H&H IC100 combos!
They played in London very recently, gutted I never went. Maybe time for a bit of Winona's big brown beaver?
One of my favourite tracks from the iconic 'Two 7's Clash' album. A cornerstone of my Reggae collection and signed by lead singer Joseph Hill.Brings back memories from the seventies.
I don't think I was. Do you have the date to hand? I saw Misty, Eek A Mouse, I think Aswad and some others. Some were Kimberly Productions. One of my favourite tracks from the iconic 'Two 7's Clash' album. A cornerstone of my Reggae collection and signed by lead singer Joseph Hill.
I put on several Reggae shows in Bournemouth Town Hall's function space at the rear of the building. Delighted to have had the opportunity to put Culture on there in early '80's. Drew a big crowd, feel sure @fritter would have been in attendance.

I still have the gig poster which states Tuesday 16th November. A Google search says that was 1982 which makes sense because it's a Midnight Express promotion and not Armadillo Records. ME was active 1982-83.I don't think I was. Do you have the date to hand? I saw Misty, Eek A Mouse, I think Aswad and some others. Some were Kimberly Productions.
Think I put Misty in Roots on at Town Hall 3 times, think Eek a Mouse was a Kimberley promotion. That was Kim Walsh who we banned from the ME Club for concert promotion espionage which involved her meeting Peter Hook at the Midnight Express and consequently putting on New Order at the Town Hall.I don't think I was. All my Reggae promotions at the Town Hall included 'The Mighty Observer Sound System', who were at one time, the last surviving valve powered Sound System at Notting Hill Carnival
