The Never Ending Jukebox, track two.

Spring dawning here too ... time to polish up the summer car, and crank up some TROOPER!!
Edited: Vancouver band, late 1970's.

Check out the awesome cars.

A good AFCB crowd song?

Words to live by, boys.

The great 30's coloratura soprano Miliza Korjus singing "There will come a time " from the film "The Great Waltz", one of her many songs from the film.

So this morning I listened to Beth Gibbons, ex of Portishead, singing Gorecki’s Symphony of Sorrowful Songs - contrary to expectations it wasn’t the anticipated car crash, but was actually pretty good.
But it got me to thinking about my favourite ever piece of choral music.
Not up everyone’s street I know, but Szeroka Woda by Górecki is just so achingly beautiful that I had to share it.
