Patrick Vieira

An inspiring appointment if this was France 98. But here we are 23 years later and Jeff and Neil are in charge. They couldn't get Zippy out of retirement, they're both currently negotiating with Mr Flu to take over the current managerial vacancy as he's been out of work since March 2020 and got thousands of years of experience to be fair but the question remains can Mr Flu get the best out of these players and this board? They've all had 2 vaccines and yet never bothered with a flu jab in their lives which I think suggests a lack of trust in the manager.

You ok resevoir red?

I fear you may be suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning, holed up in your mums basement talking to the the phucking lizard people that live down your way.

I'm feeling well m8, what does it feel like to be inferior in knowledge to someone who thinks lizard people walk among us on Earth? Must really destroy your ego, chin up m8 maybe in the next life.

Palace were hoping their other target would change their mind, they didn’t, so they went for Vieira because they want someone in place by Monday.

Sounds a bit like the situation when both he and Henry were linked with us.

People go on about our board, Palace have known a long time that Roy Hodgson was leaving.

Could be inspired or a nightmare. When you have £100m income a year on the line then gambling is a brave choice imho

Probably has more managerial experience than the likes of Lampard
...Gerard and even Parker had tbf.
He actually started off okay in France before it completely tailed off, not very well thought of over there. Trouble is it’s not an easy job, they have 10 (ten) contracted senior players, coupled with the fact that their star man doesn’t really want to be there anymore. Could all go pear shaped very quickly.

Absolute world class players in his day but mixed so far as a head coach. Big job for Paddy and this could really make him and good luck and tbh I don’t mind palace.
