Crystal Palace v AFC Bournemouth - Wednesday 7.30 pm

What people are not taking into account here is that we are playing away from home with both Arrons and Kelly missing along with possibly Kerkez. If Kerkez doesn't make it who is going to play at left back?

Plus the fact that we may well be suffering from the effects of fatique after Sunday.

Due to this I don't we will get anything at Palace.
Yawn, cut and paste, AGAIN.
Woe, Woe, Woe, the 'soothsayer' is back again!!

you don’t need to give any reasons to justify a prediction that we lose

Assuming Lerma starts, be interested to see whether / how we go after him. If we can keep the intensity of the press going in midfield then he'll be targeted whenever he gets the ball, it'll test his ability in tight spaces.

Out of interest, when is the last time you predicted us to win a game, Reality and Realism?
Never, ever, not once, in any of his various disguises. Every single prediction is 'due to (insert reason here) I don't see us getting anything at (insert whoever we are playing)' ...

He doesn't to 'wins' or 'draws' just losses (which he happily predicts)

I’ve ”un-ignored “ you R&R- a sort of sado- massochistic thing that compels me to want to read utter bullocks from time to time. Other than getting me to wonder what fatique is, you’ve made my day.

For someone who claims to have a degree in English ,maybe you should use Google grammar and spellcheck to bring yourself up to modern correct English.

So you believe that my comment has no validity at all?

Presumably, you believe that both Aarons and Kelly will suddenly reappear and play and that there is no doubt over Kerkez fitness. In addition, you believe that tiredness will not affect the players after Sunday and I suppose that you do not believe that we are playing away from home.

Smith can and has played left back. Mepham can and has played right back. Does that answer your question?
In part, yes. However, by putting Smith at left back will mean that he will not be at his most effective and Mepham does not have the pace to move up and down the line. So overall our defence at Palace will be compromised and Palace will exploit it after doing their analysis on us. I'm afraid this will result in us coming off the pitch with nothing.

I've decided to read all of your posts in the voice and demeanor of 'Swiss Tony' from the Fast Show. I'll be mentally adding in the "Pressing an opposition team, is like making love at an orgy; unless everyone goes in at the same time, a quick pass around the back will leave you bandy legged and gasping, as they shoot in your box". Lightens the whole thing.
Very enlightening. So you believe that my comment has no validity at all then ?

At the moment it's hard to agree or disagree with your comment minty.....it might help if you elaborate your points.....for instance why you think fatigue will affect our players more than Palace's.....tia.
It would depend on when Palace last played i.e. did they play on Sunday? If not they would just that little bit fresher than ourselves. Secondly, we played on Sunday with less time to recover and then we have to travel etc.

As stated we are away from home with Aarrons, Kelly and possibly Kerkez all injured. Our defence will be disjointed. Hence, why I believe we will get turned over.

No new injuries, but it seems according to this para from the Echo they have illness in the camp.

ANDONI Iraola says late checks will have to be made on the availability of some players who have been feeling unwell in the past couple of days.

Where precisely has it been predicted that Kerkez won't make it?

Oh I know - in your posting.
It doesn't. However, one has to assume the worst case scenario. If he hobbled off it may be 50 / 50 if he makes the Palace game. So, in view of a worst case scenario, who plays as a left back tomorrow?

I would presume that will revert to a three at the back with the two wide players dropping back when out of possession. However, this would disrupt our flow of late.
