    You have not taken into account that we are in fact playing Arsenal away and not Brighton at home. We need out strongest team on the field for this game. The additional loss of Semenyo is pivotal.

    This is of no great surprise as we are not Man City, Arsenal or Liverpool. If any of these clubs players did the same tackle on one of our players and was sent off their appeal would be upheld without any ado.

    This would be based on the assumption that Unal wants to sign for us. If Solanke stays, although highly unlikely, Unal may think twice before joining as he will always be second fiddle to Solanke. He will not want to spend next season sat on the bench.

    Team training on Saturday?

    The team will always train the day before the game. Today will be a recovery day encompassing stretching and light physical exercise. Friday will be a full training day. Saturday will involve light training, work on set pieces and opposition study.
