Lot of parallels with our game last week ....apart from cutting edge differences.

Liverpool wiped the floor with arsenal like they did to us but were so careless. Could easily have been four or five up but only took two of them.

However gifted arsenal a good chance at 2-0 which arsenal put away whereas Defoe hit the post and then Liverpool collapse at the back.
 
Watching this I have to remind my self we are in the same league as these two and have given them a couple of games to them to think about, not glorious defeats either.

They have been but there again Liverpool created more clear chances against arsenal than us while arsenal’s attack can be deadly getting three against us and liverpool. Making me feel a bit better about arsenal’s late 3 goal comeback against us last season too. Liverpool threw it away.
