Non - seaweed washes up on all shores

So this awkward looking fellow was spotted in Vigo recently. There really aren't too many Brits here so to see this eyesore was a bit of a shock.

I am no longer the only south coaster here it seems though I am hoping he was trying to buy a Porto shirt and they ran out so sent him something similar that they had too much stock of.
