I'd pass on him, he's a good figurehead, leader type, but he's more talk than play. He's cracked under pressure a lot and was often found out when Bucko was out of the side. If Barker hadn't got so badly injured I doubt he would have got his chance. Shackell would be a far better bet
 
Given that Derby have bottled their promotion challenges for the last 3 years, I'd definitely pass on this one. Tommy was a great player for us - but wasn't up to the challenge - and he did get promoted!!
 
Remember when Callum shoulder barged him right off the pitch?

It was hilarious.

That moment aside, I reckon he was having nightmares about Wilson from then on - Callum was all over him that game.
