AFC Bournemouth v Arsenal - Sunday 1.30 pm

Brilliant to see Josh and Lerma back. Gosling in for Cook gives us more legs which we'll need against their midfield, makes sense.

I think Gosling provides a bit more bite than Surman or Cook tbh...sensible decision imo.

Definitely not more than Cook, but true about Surman. Gosling seems to be much more clumsy than Surman... may be vital considering the opposition midfield

Many will have a ready- made scapegoat in Gosling if Arsenal chew us up in midfield. If the defence buckle it will be Franno or Charlie's had his best days etc.
People talk of Lewis Cook as some kind of exalted Demi God...he came from Leeds ffs. Just a really good young prospect at 'halfway house'!
Remember back to the 4-3 Scousebash......Wilshire was a virtual passenger in that game...' flickering stars in space' is Not the Bournemouth way! We need to have been established a bit longer in the top six for that to be a reality!

Gosling an interesting choice. Arsenal have gone 3 at the back and 2 in midfield. Will Gosling's energy make him the right choice? Will we miss Lewis's creativity if he's got a bit more space to work in the midfield?

Looking at the Arsenal lineup it certainly doesn't fill me with fear. We'll probably lose 3-0 now I've said that!

This is amazing stuff. We have them totally pegged back in their own half. We need to capitalize on this period as you know they're going to have their own good period.
