A good idea would be to find a young player with similar attributes to Understudy Jeff and fill in when he is on his suspensions. He could learn all his tricks in training sessions !
That would be better than changing formations etc to compensate several times in the season and would give us a more comprehensive squad. A reserve team of Clones of several others would be nice too, especially if they could play in a competitive league each week.

I don't think players are paid if they are on suspension. So a 2 game suspension is roughly a 10% salary cut.

We might already have one: Nnamdi Ofoborh. Hard working and athletic central midfielder, Nigerian youth international, who has been training with the senior team for the last year or two and captained our U21s. He's someone I'd love to see a bit of before the season is out. Kyle Talyor (a different type of midfielder) has made a couple of appearances for us in midfield, and Ofoborh is next in line hopefully.

Wtf are you on about? Players don't get paid if they are suspended? He's not employed if he's suspended? A player who's played 22 games is constantly suspended?
