Reading the comments there, the Derby fans seem to think that Wednesday got punished not for overvaluing the stadium but for backdating when it was applied by a year. So they are reasonably confident they are in the clear.
I won't lie, having two clubs that can put a run together start on -12 would be a helpful bonus for us next season. However, I still hate the whole points deduction thing. It can make a nonsense of the competition.
