We lost because we took off one of our 2 defensive midfielders, and brought on a non defensive midfielder. So having danjuma, junior, dom, Sam and billing, against a hard working, tough tackling team. Was never going to end well, coupled with playing it too much in the air, which played into their hands.
Plus having willo keep on about how we the 1970 Brazil team, just added to the bizareness

To be fair to billing he's only effective higher up the pitch, playing him in a 2 man midfield against a team like Barnsley is never going to work.

Yeah I agree with that regards Billing.

But it doesn’t matter where you play, walking round the pitch and pushing people in the back outside the box is unacceptable.
