Opponents we feared the most

Warren bloody Feeny. We’d give him pelters and then he’d score. Might only have actually happened twice but I was never comfortable.

I can only remember him scoring a consolation header for Stockport against us, he was never as good when he left for anyone else which is prob why he was always a super sub and not a starter during SOD era.

Any of the Sodje brothers : )

They weren't all that table, I can remember the worst ever defender we played against and that was Ismail Yakubu and the most depressing thing was he played in that infamous 2-0 win for Barnet at DC. He could not play football to save his life, just everytime the ball went near him Row Z couldn't pass just out the stadium every time it went to him. The Oxford defender in the 95 great escape season was awful aswell when he tried to block Jones and slipped over his own feet, he got up and got back behind Jones before Jones put it between his legs and scored.

Kevin Francis - tall Stockport striker who IIRC once fell on and flattened the big man as a result of an aerial challenge! The rest of our team seemed shite scared of him after that!

Brett Angell - remember going to Notts Co away and we seemed to be shite scared of him! Scored a hat trick in about a quarter of an hour IIRC!

Yeah Angell was a big unit always scored against us with Walsall aswell, looks like a darts player these days. Devon White and Danny Allsopp of Notts County aswell along with Stuart Elliott of Hull

In addition to the IR I'd also add Elaine Findlay and all the nimbys who moved here weren't even born or grew up here and have no right to have a say on how this town and club is run or built, Bournemouth Council, Savi, The FL, StrucTURDene, Neil Blake and all other BS'ers of the past- list of which is endless.[/QUOTE]

I've got a feeling that was the game where we forgot to pack Carl Fletcher's shirt, and had to borrow a replica one off a fan who happened to have his name and number on the back of their's.

We've always been tinpot haven't we?
