He started ok but since has given everything to the Italians while not giving obvious fouls for us

I agree thought Italy have not been great I feel we are dangerous when we break at speed. Maybe drop mount into midfield to match the numbers

We do defend well in numbers though and deny space well which I think is troubling the Italians. On the break we can get another. remember they have played extra time twice and pens once and they are an older team so may well tire.

I just said the same to the missus..but she told me to "shut it"....fortunately, I don't recognise that expression!
The Italians seem strangely very patient...I don't like it....substitutes sooner than later ?
 
Commentator mentioning allardyce. At the time thought that Southgate was an interim appointment. How would an allardyce squad have done in the last two tournaments?
