Pearson has been good but other than that not a lot of excitement. Been disappointed in Rothwell so far, everything he has done has been so ‘safe.’ He isn’t going to force his way into the team doing exactly what Lewis Cook does.

Am I blind, or did the ref just whistle a handball so that Everton could make subs when it got kicked into Pearson's shoulder? I must have a bad image and it hit him lower in the arm, right?
 
Seem to be sitting in that defensive shape again now. I hope it doesn’t just gift Everton the possession. I thought our pressing so far has made them uncomfortable.
