Why people make a song and dance over goal celebration beats me....they are just doing their job...a quick handshake or nod to other players and a brief wave to your fans...would suffice !
...you don't see milkmen prancing around the street in camp theatrics or sliding onto their knees and fist pumping on your lawn after plonking the milk on your doorstep !
Get the restart done as quick as possible while the opponents are still in shock and trying to recover composure...and there is a better chance of a quick follow up goal !

According to the dairy industry’s brilliantly named research group the Milk Task Force, 89 percent of milk sales were done via doorstep delivery in the 1980s. By 2014-15 it had dropped to 3 percent

During the pandemic when milk was hard to get in the shops/supermarkets as people went there as it was cheaper, there was a demand for the local milkmen again.

A lot were left disappointed, but we were lucky and had our milk delivered as normal, yes you pay a bit more, but prefer milk out of a glass bottle rather than in a carton or plastic.

They do in many rural towns..not sure about the cities..ours is delivered at approximately 5.30 am on Mondays and Thursdays by Green Cow Dairy in East Cornwall.....we discovered them during the lockdown period....very efficient, although quite pricey...old fashioned bottles with silver tops and very creamy milk....they do bread and veg if required.

...people moan about my tangents but many will hop on them and expand them with their own stuff for a long ride on a thread.

....you need people to introduce material to comment on...especially in these ridiculous PL breaks !

In the COVID lockdowns milkmen suddenly regained popularity as people couldnt get milk in the shops without queues and panic buying etc. Our bloke was doing 2 rounds instead of his usual one and his firm were refusing any more customers. Of course it all went back to usual after the panic subsided.
