Philip

If the Cook/Christie partnership continues to be as effective as it has been how will we know if Adams is better?
Well he is bound to get a game sooner or later, or come on as a sub, or maybe play in a cup tie. Its not like he isn't ever going to play is it? When he was deemed fit last year he got straight into the squad and came on as sub - of course he then got injured again ! Lets hope that doesn't happen again. Its up to him to prove himself and he will get the chance.

He's a decent RB in football manager so maybe injuries will test that in the first instance.

He is actually mate. In fact I recently started AFCB FM24 save and trained him from accomplished to natural rb... he's top notch cm/dcm though, bbut I keep him as 3rd choice behind Aarons and Fredericks Adams and Scott are outstanding as CDM/CM's. :)

I read a while back he actually started his career as a right back, before being converted to cdm/cm.

We might have seen our best midfield on Thursday......and it didn't include Billing or Kluivert.
Think we needcto remember the standard of opposition on Thurs was extremely poor. That's not to say they aren't our strongest, just that it was no real test for them.

No, no and thrice no! I like Phil Bill and always wish him the best, but much keener on keeping our firepower whether on the field or on the bench.
He will cause problems I think if he's not allowed to spread his wings. Phil Bill isn't afraid to speak his mind.

don't forget adams is useless and only brought in as a trophy signing to sell some shirts in the US.......apparently
I don’t think anyone said he was useless. I think the point was he is injury prone and signed injured at the same time as Scott was signed injured. Which put pressure on the start of the season.

I wasn't judging it purely on Thursday tbh.....Cook and Christie are pretty much nailed on and it's only a matter of time before Scott is first choice in that attacking midfielder role ahead of Kluivert or Billing......Thursday was just the first time we've really seen it.

0 PL appearances this season is how I define never, how do you define it out of interest?
This is getting good.
I’m sure we are all bit concerned we might end this window a bit short.
But I can see you getting wound up more and more as the day goes on.
Forest on Sunday. Having a few bob in them are You?

We can not in any circumstances allow Philip to leave. We have seen 5 if I’m not mistaken midfielders leave already this month, leaving just Cook and Christie as our fit options. And Billing is more of a forward now anyways. This transfer window could go down as one of our worst in living memory at this rate!

So much exaggerating.
