Pitiful. But, that's you in a nutshell.Just go back to your bullying alf
I disagree.Not really. No
When you watch the shirt pull you will think pen. It’s what unfolds after that which is more complex than Brian’s syntaxGeordie family on my train saying VAR clearly wrong for the penalty. Not looking forward to seeing it
That decision aside there seems to be a lot of complaints from many other media sources that "they're making the rules up as they go along" or at least "interpreting the laws differently " since var introduced.Farce. Var is a farce but so are rules re offside ahd handball. Once again we seem to find a new way to test the rules when decisions go against us

Draw against the 7th place team away and everyone was 7 or less? Seems a bit OTT.Player ratings
Neto- 6 didn’t make any saves that you wouldn’t expect him to make, looked dodgy with the ball at his feet.
Smith- 4 unforgivable error. Yes the player was offside but to commit that kind of foul in the VAR era is inexcusable. He won’t learn from it though because he never does, so disappointing from him. Otherwise he did okay but it’s not good enough.
Zabarnyi- 6 struggled at times to track the runs of Gordon in behind and also late midfield runners, but never gave up. Threw his body in front of everything.
Senesi- 6 ditto Zabarnyi. Lucky to get away with a couple of fouls early on and escape a booking.
Kelly- 6 much better going forward today, a real outlet. A shame that he lost his footing at the pivotal moment an the end to let Ritchie equalise. Second game in a row he hasn’t dealt with a cross to the back post though.
Cook- 6 was very good in the first half and imposed himself on the game, second half he was poor on the ball and unable to get any kind of grip on the midfield I felt. I like Cook but I think he’s really a player we need to try to upgrade on, you can’t fault his work rate but he just doesn’t have the physicality or mobility that you need in that role. Hard work is all well and good but he doesn’t have the presence that is needed.
Christie- 7 another solid showing. Energy work rate and used the ball well. Pops up everywhere. A very good PL number eight.
Tavernier- 6 an improvement on recent showings, at least got on the ball in dangerous areas. But end product was lacking and he was wasteful at times.
Semenyo- 7 he’ll always have spells in games where he is ineffective, but get the ball to him in and around the box and he will always make things happen. Such a clean striker of the ball. Great finish and unlucky not to get an assist in the first half.
Kluivert- 7 a good showing from him, lively and bright on the ball and picked up some intelligent pockets. Should have had an assist and unlucky not to score. Underrated player of our team.
Solanke- 6.5 got his goal but should have had at least one more, struggled a bit at times to compete physically and was not able to get in behind their high line too often. One late run was majestic though.

7th place team without a fit centre forward and the majority of their midfield out injured. Context TJ.Draw against the 7th place team away and everyone was 7 or less? Seems a bit OTT.
(and no I wasn't there and yes I did watch it).

No, it was Cook who nearly scored an own goal, it then rebounded to Ritchie. Kelly losing his footing at the back post allowed the situation to develop in the first place.Think you'll find it was Cook who passed the ball to Ritchie for the equaliser.
Those ratings *sigh*
My favourite is 6 for Cook who a Newcastle friend after the game messaged to ask if they could have him.
We go to Newcastle and but for yet another VAR mess we would have secured our second 3 points of the season against the richest club in the world managed by the best manager we have ever had in our dugout.
A lower mid table team with a kid on the bench with two keepers. Context as you say.7th place team without a fit centre forward and the majority of their midfield out injured. Context TJ.
It was all down to Isaak said Waz prematch.Bloody hell mate. Were you expecting us to go up there and smash them?
I was expecting us to win given the state of their squad. They had a stronger squad at home to Forest and Luton and only took one point from both games.Bloody hell mate. Were you expecting us to go up there and smash them?
No, I didn’t say that. You really need to learn to read properly. I said that if Isak wasn’t fit then it should be a game that we should expect to win.It was all down to Isaak said Waz prematch.
If he wasn't playing it was an easy win.
Wazzzanomics at its very best.
