AFC Bournemouth v Luton Town - Wednesday 7.30 pm

Well that was fun ... in the end. That first half was absolutely atrocious and tbh it was all on the manager. Dango is a rookie left back so to play Sinisterra in front of him leaving him exposed was a terrible idea. He's not a bad left back but is inevitably going to need support as he adapts to the role so that first half lineup threw him under the bus.

Fair play to the manager for changing, it would have been easy to replace Dango with Kerkez but he recognised the issue was ahead of him.

Tavernier did well, Unal useful, Adams good cameo... Semenyo is the man!
I think we were in charitable Tom modemide in the first half and

Crazy game, was distinctly unimpressed after the first half, credit to Luton they had a game plan and it worked to perfection.

Second half once Dom had sparked us into life it was just the question of would we finish enough chances to get back into it, not would we make them.

Amazing how polarizing we can be, lovely we have the talent in the squad to changes games like we have in the last two with subs and tatical tweaks.

Before the game a friend predicted a 2-2 draw and I said I'd be happy with a 3-3 draw as it would be entertaining and I'd be OK with Luton getting a point as I'd like them to stay up.

Awful first half, really thought we'd lost any chance of getting back into it. Surprised Dango wasn't substituted but what do I know! Normally I'd be as tense as hell but I thought the game had gone so quite relaxed.

Thankfully VAR allowed Dom's goal and then it was one way traffic, that said Morris missed with a free header near the end to score a fourth. Happy days.

Amusing to read the HT comments on here.

Just got back - It's a funny thing this football! Drove down from oxford, fell on my **************** in Queens Park and felt utterly miserable at half time... Quick observations: Less said about the first half the better - other than Sini did nothing to help an ailing Outtara. Tav a changed man off the bench. Hopefully the kick he needed being dropped. Unal looks a real player to me, brilliant movement finding space, unlucky not to score. Solankes goal a thing of beauty. I f****** love Semenyo and the drive he brings.

Now for a celebratory whisky, to ease my throat after all the shouting/cheering before bed.

Semenyo, class player and looking like he’s loving life here.

Now watch the likes of West Ham, Newcastle, Chelsea, Palace et al come sniffing around.

Dom Solanke, if he doesn’t get an England Euro’s squad place, then someone needs their backside kicking - hard!

I LOVE the drive to score goals.
Case in point: Billing comes on, wins what, two or three headers (which might be more than whole last Champ season).
With a little over a minute to go of stoppage time we win a free kick, and Phil Bill takes it quickly because we're trying to get another one!
Love it!

Agree re ;HT comments.Hold my hands up to saying this is typical Afcb performance in these games.

Does reality person post on the forest forum?
Also nice to see them cheering us on.

Wow, Wow, Wow, then Fecking WOW, what a game. I might share some more thoughts later but let's accept, with Andoni it's not over until the the fat lady sings. let's not give up on the show until the final act's played out ( let alone condemn it at the interval : )

Anyway, time for bed now. At the moment I'm in an alternative universe where Boscombe have just come back from 0-3 down to win 4-3. I'll check the real score when I wake up from this delirium : )

Ps Life feels flippen' fecking GRAND : )
