Britain was once a proud nation. Not any more. We have sold off nearly all of our manufacturing industries to foreign countries. The car and steel industries to name but a few. Our manufacturing industry is in tatters. We no longer produce anything anymore that we can call British. I am not against immigration. However, if it goes totally uncontrolled our way of life will suffer.

You may have noted the Panorama documentary a few weeks ago of which covered the issue that 67% of our infrastructure is not working properly. i.e. the NHS is in tatters, rail industry in chaos, water companies failing, bus companies falling apart, car industry in ruins, steel industry in a state of bedlam.

Yet the rest of Europe do not have these issues. I wonder why!

You quite rightly point out that we have sold off a lot of our industries. Thats what privatisation does...once its private then anyone can buy it. Its why most of our energy production is owned by France.

But then end the paragraph with immigration causing our way of life to suffer...as if the two subjects are in anyway connected.
