Look out jobsworth it will be raining tonight and many of us will no doubt bring fold up brollys with us and we expect to keep them close at hand. It is called common sense on a par with other grounds.
 
Brollies are a Weapon of Mass Destruction in the hands of a female opening one up in the street......swoooshbang /ouch !...check the stats in any eye hospital....
