didn't see the game/result. How many did he let in?Ramssdale, all tongues and being the centre of attention.
His performance today proved why he'll be benched next match.
Over hyped is Ramsdale.

What a stupid argument.didn't see the game/result. How many did he let in?
Don’t agree with the last sentence at all. He’s not even as good as Nick Pope, who doesn’t get a look in. Always thought that he’s one of these players who gets a bit of an easy ride due to the personality factor, he made pretty big errors semi regularly last season when playing regularly.
He did, but so did Allison with City yesterday. Is Allison not a good keeper? Mistakes happen, especially when low on confidence and game time. Arteta should have talked to Aaron over the summer and said 'Thanks for everything you've done, but I'm bringing in a keeper I think will be a better fit. I want to give you the chance to leave and grow with game time elsewhere'. Just because arteta may have responded to being dropped by playing better, not everyone is the same, especially keepers. The Arsenal players don't seem to have responded well to Arteta's decision, either. It's a very weird situation for both Ramsdale and Raya.Oh come on.
Ransdale almost gifted Brentford the early lead.
Raya is far superior.
Ramsdale had nothing to do all afternoon.
Raya plays like an outfield player, he can turn defence into attack in the blink of an eye.
Ramsdale isn't half the keeper Raya is.
Raya was intelligible, so he was dropped? This is a muppet show alright. What a stupid argument.
Wait till he plays against Man City.
Oh hold on, he'll be dropped for the next game.
The only reason he played today was because Raya was intelligible.
Muppet.
Agree, the man management looks poor. It’s not the first time either, as he had done it with Ramsdale and Leno previously.Arteta should have talked to Aaron over the summer and said 'Thanks for everything you've done, but I'm bringing in a keeper I think will be a better fit. Excellent post. You will now be exiled to the Polish salt mines for having the effrontery of saying it how it is. The blurry eyed red spectacle brigade will now be convening in order to pass sentence. So what happens on a Forum...if say next week this Raya produces a howler that sees his team lose three points....does 'Forum' then call for him to be replaced by Ramsdale.
You see ...it's all bollux !
Each week Football throws up a thing called 'form' .... another called 'circumstance'....players have emotions...personal lives ...which can affect how they play.
Eat this....I'm virtually always at least 30% 'on the wind' in my posts. ..and I don't really care about individual players fortunes once they've left Boscombe...apart from a few favourites. .and those that some Forum elitists have picked on...such as Gosling and Surman..and oh yes Surridge.Brian, Brian Brian.
Don't get involved if it irks you so much.
Raya is Artetas first choice and Ramsdale isn't.
That was the main point, and Arteta ain't no mug.
I'll eat my hat if Ramsadale starts next week, and ill eat your hat if Ramsdale displaces Raya for any other reason tha an injury.
you can't beat a post that starts 'Eat this'Eat this....I'm virtually always at least 30% 'on the wind' in my posts. ..and I don't really care about individual players fortunes once they've left Boscombe...apart from a few favourites. .and those that some Forum elitists have picked on...such as Gosling and Surman..and oh yes Surridge.
On top of that...I wish to be regarded by the Elitists as that arrogant exiled boomer b@stard down in Cornwall..thats my default position.
I've no particular affection for this Forum from discovering how unfriendly and unwelcoming it was in my first week on it.
(Although there are some great guys who I do like and enjoy their posts.. even if they disagree occasionally)
Things have gone too far for any other Forum outcome for myself...I've nothing to lose...and stacks of entertainment to derive from being still here !
I'll have a quid on it.Don't be a dick Brian.
He nearly gave the impetus to Brentford.
Maybe we should get Yems back.
Yout tw@t
Ra.sdale had nothing to flap at because Brentford were impotent.
I'll give you 500-1 if you think Ramsdale starts the next game for Arsenal.
Have you got your former and latters mixed up DJ?Agree, the man management looks poor. It’s not the first time either, as he had done it with Ramsdale and Leno previously.
But it’s how he does it is an issue.
Eddie Howe was utterly ruthless with his goalkeepers.
Shwan Jalal and David James in particular, the latter has joined him on the coaching staff at Newcastle so clearly, both still think of each other highly all these years later.
The former said this…
"He called me into the office and said 'Jamo, I'm not going to be involving you anymore this season. You're free to do what you want.'
"He said it in this monotone way and when I walked out of his office, I realised that I just had the nicest sacking that you could ever give a player! I totally respected him for the way that he dealt with that."
David James describes 'nicest sacking' by Eddie Howe at Bournemouth
Experienced stopper David James spent the 2012/13 season at Dean Court before leaving by mutual consentwww.dorset.live
I doubt Arteta and Ramsdale will look at each other that fondly in the future.
I did indeed. A hazard of early morning posting.Have you got your former and latters mixed up DJ?

At least Eddie told James to his face whereas - by the sound of it - ramsdale had to react to events that were happeningAgree, the man management looks poor. It’s not the first time either, as he had done it with Ramsdale and Leno previously.

A bit like Rammers departure from us - he was on a plane and had no idea what his agent was lining up bless himAt least Eddie told James to his face whereas - by the sound of it - ramsdale had to react to events that were happening
Must have been very upsettingA bit like Rammers departure from us - he was on a plane and had no idea what his agent was lining up bless him
