Salary agreed, fee agreed etc.?

My take is:
'Talks' I'm guessing would be a club has contacted the player's club and said they are interested in their player and the club says that's okay, chat on.
'Advanced talks' possibly terms offered, fee agreed or would that be at the initial contact?

According to this re Kluivert under his strengths is crossing a ball.

That has been something we have lacked and it would suit Kieffer Moore who has lacked that kind of service.

Also other strikers in the past who we signed and scored for other clubs never got the service they needed at our club.
