Sounds like we had a hatful of almost certain goals which they somehow managed to block or their goalie saved. Don’t think it was anywhere near as tight as the scoreline suggests. Their two goals were unnecessary though, that was sloppy play on our part. Overall it sounded as if we were well on top, which is ok for our second eleven which again was thrown together but somehow put in a performance good enough to get the job done. No worries.

That red card incident was ridiculous. Blackburn player slipped under pressure from Wilson 20 yards or so out, and knowing Cal was away, he just picked the ball up to stop him getting it!
